All products sold are non-refundable. Lave Republic at this point in time will not be able to accepting returns or issuing refunds on items you have purchased or if you have change your mind after receiving our product. Kindly review your cart before confirming your order.
In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order or should you receive an incorrect item, please report to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +6011 – 6225 3635 (Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm, excluding Public Holidays) and we will reinstate your order.
If you find that items are damaged upon delivery, please report to us immediately at email@example.com or call +6011 – 6225 3635 (Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm, excluding Public Holidays) within 7 days of receiving the products, with supporting evidence (photograph of damaged item) and your invoice number. We will respond to you within 2 working days of receiving your complaint. You will be informed if you need to return the damaged product physically.
Lave Republic reserves the right of final decision to accept or reject if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
