- Items purchased will be couriered via standard service within 3-5 business days for West Malaysia. (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) upon order payment confirmation. Customers residing in East Malaysia may have to wait an additional day for their deliveries.
- Orders will be couriered between 9am – 6pm from Monday to Friday.
- Orders will only be delivered to street addresses in Malaysia. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
- Orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please call the assigned logistic company and provide your tracking number to arrange for a redelivery. Lave Republic will not be responsible for orders signed for by someone other than the designated recipient.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Cut off time for orders are 2.30pm. Orders made on Friday after 2.30pm and on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
- At the moment, we do not ship internationally. All orders are subjected to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
- FREE Shipping is available for delivery within Malaysia for orders above RM25 for West Malaysia and above RM35 for East Malaysia.
- Order Tracking: Once your orders have been picked up by our assigned logistic company, tracking codes would be available and you can then track the delivery status of your orders via this link www.poslaju.com.my
- Out of Stock Items: Items marked out of stock are currently not available for online order.

- All products sold are non-refundable. Lave Republic at this point in time will not be able to accepting returns or issuing refunds on items you have purchased or if you have change your mind after receiving our product. Kindly review your cart before confirming your order.
- In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order or should you receive an incorrect item, please report to us immediately at email@example.com or call +6011 – 6225 3635 (Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm, excluding Public Holidays) and we will reinstate your order.
- If you find that items are damaged upon delivery, please report to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +6011 – 6225 3635 (Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm, excluding Public Holidays) within 7 days of receiving the products, with supporting evidence (photograph of damaged item) and your invoice number. We will respond to you within 2 working days of receiving your complaint. You will be informed if you need to return the damaged product physically.
- Lave Republic reserves the right of final decision to accept or reject if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
